I don't know why the install is happening on / rather than on /media/mmc2 but I guess the root partition isn't big enough and I'll have to reboot into the internal card and try this all again.

I got the size information from another post talking about partitioning the flash memory.. but did I get this wrong?

This installs to root / and requires 1.35GB free disk space.
