No.. just don't want to make it seem easy .

Removing root != removing Red Pill.

Removing root == removing Apt or Dpkg

It actually removes functionality from the device. Removing Red Pill or other UI's to access command line information does not remove functionality of the device.. just makes it less easy.

I have no problem with less easy... make getting root involve an overly complex binary hex-editor, code-hackers wet dream to access if you want.. as long as everything you need.. is right on the device.

Depending on third-party utilities to get something as fundemental as root is a bad idea, IMHO.
