Install gizmo, on the front login screen check the box for login to secondary account > a second dialog box pops up where you enter the login info for the SIP account you want to use (I use a legacy stanaphone account). When you login to Gizmo it will automatically login to your second account, you will be able to make and receive phone calls via this secondary account. In my usage it has worked pretty flawlessly.
