As long as you have no problem with having two phone applications which could receive two different calls simultaneously from two systems - you are OK with a separate skype.

The same is with contact list.

2) Same question above applies to browsing experience... according to reviews, N900 masters the browsing experience... but HD2 has bigger screeen, better resolution, Flash and multi-touch support - so what's the big advantage of N900?
Full browsing means a full support like Firefox or Mozilla. It includes Flash, no minimizing web pages, moving TIFF, JS etc. So far it is the only phone which is able to browse complex web pages and show it in suitable way.

BTW, resolutions are the same on both - 480 X 800. And N900 has a keyboard.
