Got mine last week. Working great - except for no secure web browsing to HTTPS sites.
Mines been off and on many times, and into and out of battery saver mod - no probems so far.
Got mine from buy.com as well. They clearly stated that all returns and repairs must go through Nokia - I thought. 770 seems to be an excpetion to their normal return policies?
