It's hard to disagree with you . I'm pointing only what is a reason behind. Also understand that is more important to act rather than pointing to any particular institution. Problem is more complex, but I believe is up to us, every single person around a world, can change that if stop looking at his mobile device only... for more of us is more important when PR 1.3 will come...
