Yeah it's in EasyDebian. You can install EasyDebian by following the instructions here. Once you've done that IIRC it will actually put IceWeasel in the applications menu for you and you can launch it straight without having to start EasyDebian/LXDE. The whole thing is a bit convoluted but if you absolutely must have Java support it will work.
