Congratulations, you have found a bug
I've fixed it and I will release a new version of gpsrecorder soon.

Your snapped points has been written into the GPSR file but with a wrong ID (the bug) so the converter does not detect them as snapped points and skip them. This is why you can't see them into KML/GPX files.

I've manually corrected your GPSR file so you can convert it again from gpsrecorder and see your snapped points in KML file. Simply replace your previous file by the one I've attached.
