Hmmm. my market opinion. Well as Bernanke was just saying to me at the bar the other day, the chance must be very low, considering that Nokia's troubles in the worldwide market may be forcing it to get out of the game. I can't see them being in it for the 'long haul'. Read about it here:

What bar? He still owes me the $20 he borrowed last year and he's been avoiding me ever since.

Yeah, he told me to keep an eye out for you... He even wanted me to buy the round, but I reminded him that old Al alway used to pick up the tab, even after cutting interest rates. Yessir, that shut him up, ok. Now, what shall I do with my rebate?

Perhaps, Darius, if you'll take the time to read the full interview from which you've pulled this quote, you'll be able to put this in context.

Here, I'll do it for you:

First, the full sentence:

I'm not going to lie to you and say the Internet Tablet is something my mother will buy, but the N810 is something my wife (who is not technology focused) will use. (emphasis is mine)

Then, the followup to this comment, which actually addresses your question, Mr. D!:

So, the irony seems to have escaped you, so I'll be blunt: Nokia is clearly here to stay, and the IT is right at the edge of it's efforts to innovate and stay up with, if not help define, the mobile device market in the coming decades.
