Classic example of arbitrary Nokia decision making. Couldn't just fallback to the no brainer of tagging with lat/lon if network isn't accessible, could you Nokia?

It's an effect of using maemo-launcher.

One process is really maemo-invoker (that has been renamed - well, symlinked to) and the other is the program itself, having been dlopen()ed and fork()ed by maemo-launcher.
