Yes, I am sure.
But what came to my mind: maybe the ICCID is read from my dual SIM adapter? I can test next week (hopefully) and give feedback if I receive same ICCID when activating the other SIM...

last cellnet-info version reports the correct ICCID.
I have found this page:
http://www.smartjac.biz/easyblog/entry/iccid-checksum
Maybe there are exceptions at current cut and swap logic... add a warning would not be so bad.
..or even a check for the checksum included in the last digit to pay attention if something doesn't match.

Exactly what I had in mind.

Version 0.0.1-15 uploaded, which shows a banner stating the ICCID could we inaccurate, and tells if the checksum is valid or not.

Hi all,

checked today and found that it really is my adapter's ICCID (i.e. output is the same for both SIMs).
Strange number it has, starting with 5 it should be related to a bank, and its checksum also is not correct.
