Further to last post, I again updated the OS; set wireless settings etc and have no problems (again!) getting to "normal" web sites.

I just purchased a N800 and immediately update it to 2008OS. However, I am unable to install Skype as the downloading always stuck at 1%. When I look at the log in Application Manager it shows a lot of couldn't stat source package list and http:// errors.
I am new to Linux and please can someone help.
By the way I now can reflesh the applications as well as it always stuck at 1% as well.
Thanks for any help from expert here
