Ordered today with my friend 2 screen protectors- one for his xpressmusic and one for my N900. Got 1 Xpress and 1 HTC HD2 screen protectors. Called to find out what happened. And was politely (cannot complain about it). That I need to send them at my own cost the HTC HD2 that they mistakenly sent to me and they cross ship the N900 protector. When I asked why I have to pay for their mistake the guy said that it just a poststamp =D When I asked what about time that I have to go to the post office to send it- he (again very politely) told me that its just a couple of minutes (he lives close to me or something?..)
He made my day with this conversation.
I will never recommend their product not because it is good or bad- simply because their customer service sucks, even the guy was very polite and apologized the whole conversation.
P.S. They sent it via regular USPS mail- 10b days for delivery.

This isn't the first time I've heard complaints of their customer service. I've never had a problem, but then again I've never dealt with them. The market is too small (ghost armor, body guardz, etc.) for them to have that attitude.

Oh in addition, when I asked to do credit back- the guy said that they will do it... ONLY when they receive the mistaken item back from me

I guess that 1 cents worth of plastic film they sent you by mistake is worth more than their reputation!

i like bodyguardsz, it kept my n810 scratch free in a car crash, whereas the dashboard got a nice scuff from the impact.

i can fully confirm. if you get what you order for, no problems. but if you for example happend to get products of faulty batch (read: screen protector works like a prism and becomes red in 2 months, nice to look at pictures etc), then you're on your own.

I had my own struggle with them the first and the last time. I kinda hoped that they would improve their customer service etc because I had an e-mail conversation with CEO about their customer service etc but guess that was too much to ask... You can point the road but can't carry someone all the way...

funny thing is, they messed up my order with the same htc cover. i called them and they said they will send me a replacement. Mistakes happen i understand, i didn't really have a problem with shipping it back. its just an evelope and a stamp. i dont see how its horrible experice, they could have told you screw off, order another one. That would be bad.

Just like with any other company, you'll get a bad "egg" now and then.

Personally, I like Zagg. They've done just about every electronic gadget I have. Since I to go Salt Lake City on a regular basis, I just swing by their corporate headquearters and have them apply the stuff there. Never had an issue with them. Always courteous and helpful.
