Either remove titan's kernel or re-install it...

Seems like some kernel module trouble.

EDIT - What exactly did You flash? The kernel, the whole combined image and/or the eMMC image?

If You didn't have problems before flashing then why did You flash. Just curious...

If You've got a backup (and You have moved it off the device or onto an external microsd), try flashing the combined image (without the -R option on the flasher command), and then flash the eMMC (with the -R option).

because i installed NITdroid.. and after that i wanted to OC my kernel to 850mhz.. and it was possible with titans kernel 40.. so i installed that..
after that i was stuck in a boot LOOP.. so i flashed the combined firmware and booted up my device, but it taked 10 minutes..

what is the meaning of -R ? is that to keep the settings in the device or something ?

"When flashing the eMMC content, always flash the FIASCO/Rootfs image and then flash the eMMC. Do not boot up the device between the two i.e do NOT use the -R parameter at the end! "

-R = reboot ...

I'm sure You can find some info in the NITDroid threads about mixing titan's kernel and NITDroid:
