Install and use auto complete editor. Delete your password(s).
If this persists, disable predictive writing... (Config->Text Input).
Weird, as I don't remember this to happen to me... maybe you wrote your password in some field not intended for that, such as a note, editor, terminal, username field, etc...

I noticed that only some apps attempted to predict my saved passwords. I had to turn of text prediction all together to stop this.
But for eg. MicroB never predicts my passwords, but some 3rd part Twitter clients for eg. have in the past done this.
Are you sure its just not one application?
I was trying to enter a few strings using my virtual keyboard and it started showing me all my passwords starting from that string as suggestions/auto complete options....this is really scary....
Is there a way to supress this behaviour of the virtual keyboard and remove such entries from it.......???
Need help on this one guys....
Thanx
