hello frnds... m new here... ma nokia n900 is not showing operator name and signals after it slipped from ma hand... its not in offline mode but it shows a symbol like that... i can make and recieve calls but cant send or recieve messages now... anybody plz help me...

i dont know if this will work but you can try this command in terminal :
killall hildon-status-menu
and be careful next time because losing an N900 is a disaster these days
