I saw this in an ad on Google Reader:

It's not really a NIT competitor, but what I like about it is the layout. Functional buttons that can also be used as 4-way Dpads, it looks like. A wider, and a bit longer, than a NIT. If they were 5-way Dpads, and the screen slid up and tilted, though, that would be almost the perfect tablet layout, IMO. (well, that, and had full phone capabilities)

somewhat underpowered, perhaps.

but yes, the design is interesting.

Yeah, in terms of things other than the device design/layout, it's not going to be competition for anyone really. Wimpy CPU, etc.

I'm willing to review it and give you my 2c if someone can tell me who to contact to get one. I can't find any corporate contact info for the parent company. Just the reseller.

Also, I don't like the idea that it's got WinCE on it, but heck, it wouldn't take much work to put a nice copy of Maemo or Ubuntu on that sucker.
