advanced applet, large clock hours & minutes, advanced backlight/sound, default connection and battery.
side bar; tear bookmarks, personal menu and applications.

So far I've re-flashed to the latest version of Diablo, uninstalled apps and I've narrowed it down to the built in email which now currently has all accounts disabled which seems to have cured it for now.
Anyone else had this problem - all suggestions gratefully received.
