So i sorted the my card, and reordered, was hoping to get the 1st email again today, but No, why can nokia not put the orginal order on hold so people and autherise the transaction with the card peeps... So do we know when All the people who had to reorder get theres shipped??

What is it with Nokia. They seem to have MAJOR problems processing credit cards compared to other companies. Even the flagship store in NYC couldn't charge my card so they had to do a manual (over the phone with CC company) authorization and old school carbon-copy imprint.

Maybe it's a fraud thing and card companies flag Nokia as being high risk or something.

Maybe they actually are high risk, if their shop has been accepting orders from fraudsters.

But why not put the orders on hold and give the customer chance to sort the authorization out and just submit the payment again!! wud that not be the simply answer?? plus this wud be better customer care!!
