Hi Gang... I purchased a new 770 today and wouldn't you know it... its defective! Have to take it back. But what I need from my "new" friends"here, is help with the fact that I am a Apple Mac user and have no clue how to install firmware and/or new software on the 770. I would appreciate finding another Mac user here to help this "old" Dude out.
Thanks in advance...

BTW... has anyone also experienced upon bringing home their new toy discovering that the display wasn't up to par? My experience is just that! Vertical lines and generally very poor res. Thats why I am returning it ASAP. Just curious if this has occurred with others.
