Try loading default or try 950Mhz. (yes, weird but some don't like certain frequencies)
kernel-config load default
kernel-config limits 250 900
or
kernel-config load lv
kernel-config limits 250 950

try opening app manager , media player , browser if they dont crash and u dont see weird artifacts then its stable
