I have had this problem since I installed PR 1.3 I think. I have no power kernel or anything similar and not a single extras-testing / devevlop program installed. No community upgrages.. I think there is definately some kind of bug. This happens me always when my battery drains and phone shuts down. Then I plug the power and try to turn it on, but nothing happens. I have to wait and charge it few minutes. Then pull the power cable off and turn on phone. Then I can continue chargin.. That is quite fustrating feature, but also something I can live with.

I have boticed that charging stops during the bootup process and it seems that, if the battery doesn't have enough juice, it wont't boot unless you charge for 5 - 10 mins prior...

I have never had to unplug my N900 to get it to boot.

Running latest cssu with power 42 and multiboot

I've had this problem for months. I've noticed when I unplug to boot up, the loading dots are kind of glitchy. When its plugged in, the dots are normal but it fails to boot.
I can boot up when charging if I have the keyboard open.
