if your phone boot up properly and you can flash it too, then i advice you to make some search about this lock code problem you seem to have, you can recover it.
Also, for your slowness problem, you should have a look at CSSU, you can also make a search on this forum about it. even google will give you some links.

i think you both are forgetting my first problem.....ie,,emmc/vanilla is not flashing completely....at 20% it stops... but if i flash combined (any version) it goes fully and phone works ..... but some problems like lock code, phone's speed, some files broken, etc...
i feel if emmc flashes fully in normal flasher all those above problems will go...
made a new thread for my N900 problem..kindly help me there....

Please help! My nokia n900 screen goes black whenever the battery gets hot. I have flashed and re-flashed and yet it would not work. It will come back to normal 36-48 hrs after the last usage. If i use it for like 2hrs, the phone will be hot and if i just leave it idle for like 1min the screen would just go black immediately. If i try to re-boot, it will boot and i will hear the nokia boot sound but the screen would still be black unless i leave it switched off for 2days before it can work normally again. Please help me on these! I love my nokia n900!
now phone gets struck too....and boots up showing some info in green letters..
to check if all flashing has cleared everything,I tried device lock option...but showing incorrect code...
