I actually think that Nokia has the upper hand. As the sole producer of WP phones , Microsoft will have to provide better terms for their licenses.

Nokia is doing really bad in stocks.
Right now ruler of the market is G. Android and A. iOS, followed by Blackberry and then Windows Phone. I think if Nokia won't produce at least one Android device, they will continue to go down!
