hazlo con esta forma
1. flasher -i
que responde el N9
2. flasher -f -F img.bin
que error marca
3. flasher -R
El codigo si es de Telcel. Nuevamente de donde tienes este N9. Por que es muerto? Intentaste de regresar a la configuración inicial? El 449 del cajoncito no tiene nada que ver con el Software 420

Al fin ya tenemos información.
No. El numero del cajoncito del Chip no es un codigo de Software. No la hagas. Busca en el foro por
error code 10: Security failure
lo veo en los ultimos paginas de comprehensive firmware flashing guide for N9 este problema. Sigues con el software falso o el download hice un error.
Parece no accepta el certificado.
Baja nuevamente el software de telcel.

aca los dos grandes de mas de 1 gb uno es el Sistema de operación (.bin) el otro los adcionales (.emmc)
por ahora solo flashea el .bin y si no funciona manda aca igual como ya hiciste los respuestas de tu N9

But as logs say that phone has DFL61_HARMATTAN_40.2012.21-3.265.6_PR_265 -> 40.2012.21-3 means PR 1.3 version if the Mexico variant, which means that DFL61_HARMATTAN_40.2012.21-3.420.4_PR_LEGACY_420_ARM_RM-696_PRD_signed.bin actually has older sw cert timestamp. Mrcrab is missing the link to 265 PR1.3 version, so you either need someone with the bin or sw variant with newer timestamp.
