hello,
1: when partitioning sd card into 0,5MB for partition 1 and rest for partition 2, ist partition 1 only used for storing the os image and otherwhise never touch by the system? and all data (installed apps) is going to partition 2?
2: can i configure my system to install apps to external (or internal) memory card, instead into device memory (if application is not asking about)?
thank you

Can anyone confirm which steps I would need to take if i wanted to start again and re-copy over the filesystem to external sd card (using N810) but without loosing my music/photos I have on the cards other partition? Is this possible?
true, although would be cool if i could "reinstall" the card without having to go near my pc
