I know of the REminiscence engine, a rewrite of Flashbacks engine.

It's source is downloadable from the site, and is done in SDL, so I'd imagine it woulden't take much to make it able run on a Maemo device.
Fun fact of the day (i think): If I'm not mistaking, the iPhone port of Flashback was based on this code as well.
I guess what I'm saying is, that I second LuckTRs request for a port of Flashback atleast, as I know thats achiveable

I will hardly ever forget the mohycans of gaming industry as mentioned above. I still have Bermuda syndrome, and would like to know if anyone was successful installing and/or running the game on N900. Yes, I am aware of the fact that Another World could perhaps
