Hi Kris, I have exactly the same problem, did you manage to solve it and if so how? I'm not great with CMD and don't have a clue.

Here is my screen shot:

For the %m problem, check the file name.. I've been trying to help a user who can flash the OS but not the eMMC and they found a typo in the filename lead to the %m problem

This is becasue the USB drivers for Win 7 64bit does not seem to work. I had the same issue and instead flashed my N900 using a laptop which had Win 7 32Bit.

So I suggest you find a 32bit Windows version (XP, Vista or Win 7) . You could set up a Ubuntu dual boot session on the PC and do the Linux flash method.

Also have you read the WIKI on updating Tablet firmware. This gives step by step advice.

This post tells you how to turn on loading of unsigned driver in Win Vista and 7 (inc 64bit) but it did not work for me on my 64bit machine. It was fine on the 32bit one though.

?? Not sure what you mean, flashing the N900 with the latest firmware is all you need to do. You then restore from the MicroSd card (assumning you made a back up). Not sure what you mean about flashing the 32Gb drive, that is the N900 capacity and is what is flashed.

What do you mean i was told by serveral people that when u install the firmware u also need to flash the 32gb drive with a vanilla bin file that formats the drive correctly?
