Whether interests probably to make the similar program for monitoring of networks GSM and 3G as WifeEye or not? It is simply interesting нетмониторинг and now I use FieldTest for Symbian and it would be desirable its analog

So you're asking if something like that exists for maemo, or asking if people want something like that?
Only thing I've seen is NetMon, it's slow and crashes though, and my sim card renames the other networks to "WIND Away" so I don't even know what they are. Lame.
