why ?
Because it imports all the settings. Go to edit mode on the desktop and you should still see the 'x' and settings cog for the widgets? You need to manually put the images in, they're uploaded in the posts by Switch, choose what you want (silver, white or blue ones), put them into /home/.queen_beecon_dir and don't change the name. Then in each beecon, under 'command title settings' put 'play.png' for play, 'next.png' for the forward arrow etc.

hello!

i just got in a very awful situation here....i got my n900 screwed up....including all files on MyDocs and eMMC where all of my n900 backups are in....I have something saved in my pc but seriously outdated....

so after a reflash, I started from scratch, installing all my apps using fapman. this took me 2 days, but everything now is good as new.

everything runs smooth, and i installed the Cssu right after my device rebooted after the reflash.....

below is my revised overpopulated oc desktop.....

To _switch,
Just seen your desktops, absolutely love them. Would it be possible to do the "social" desktop with just the globe in the middle - That can then be my "internet" or"online" page.
Many thanks!
John

hey guys a question .
i have successfully placed profile widgets on my desktop but i am abit confused how to use this part of

Toggle vibrating alert

There are far more things you can do with your profile. Please have a look at the profile values at the phone control page. This example disables vibrating alert for the active profile.

# Which profile is active?
if \
dbus-send --print-reply --type=method_call \
--dest=com.nokia.profiled /com/nokia/profiled \
com.nokia.profiled.get_profile | grep -q general
then
# general profile is active
dbus-send --type=method_call \
--dest=com.nokia.profiled /com/nokia/profiled \
com.nokia.profiled.set_value string:"general" \
string:"vibrating.alert.enabled" string:"Off"
else
# silent profile is active
dbus-send --type=method_call \
--dest=com.nokia.profiled /com/nokia/profiled \
com.nokia.profiled.set_value string:"silent" \
string:"vibrating.alert.enabled" string:"Off"
fi

Ps: correct cmd:
hal-device bme | awk -F"[. ]" '$5 == "is_charging" {chrg = $7}; $5 == "percentage" {perc = $7} END if (chrg == "false") {exit perc/10+3} else {exit 13;}'
ok now as we have the battery widget , now how to remove the battery sign from the top ? :$
