If you just use the nokia default theme, use FileBox go to: /usr/share/hildon-desktop , edit the transitions.ini
If you use yours custom theme, go to /usr/share/theme/ *theme name*/ , edit the transitions.ini
P.S. Theme name is the folder of your theme that you are using, example: humanity
