I used exclusively BT for file txf in OS2007. I have since switched to "shared folders" in OS2008. "shared folders" allow masssive transfer of files, and runs under wifi. Which one is faster? dont know.

I read about this at tablet guru, she complained but didn't put in a vote for a higher priority or smthng, which i did, and scolded the guru because she complained but failed to contribute to bugzilla or w/e.

Everyone contribute to the public bug tracker. I can imagine how annoying this is.

It is the "shared folders" from your win PC system, either XP or Vista. Cook up some shared folders from your PC, say c:\PC\shared. when your tablet catch the wifi that shared with your PC, the c:\PC\shared will appear on your tablet as "shared folders" under your file manager. You used it as if it is a folder on your tablet. It does has a strange behavior, it takes a min or two after the tablet catches the wifi. Sometime the shared folders 'mysterious' disappear. My experience, when your tablet bootup with wifi 'automatically' catch on, shared folders will show.
Incredible, it works for 770 too under 2008He!

Are you talking about BT txf or 'shared folders'? I have been using 'shared folders' since 2008OS and have never encounter any file type problems, and sure, I do txf back and forth pics, binary, exe, debs etc.
