If you use "stratagus-run" from X Terminal, do you get any error messages?

Unfortunately the update is just the bare stratagus application. It doesn't include the extra warcraft graphics needed for the N900 resolution, and doesn't even include a desktop file, so you'll have to run it from the command-line. I've currently blocked the update, though I do plan on looking at what's needed to make a separate "Warcraft II" package, which will depend on stratagus and contain the extra graphics, etc.

You can change it by editing the .desktop file. Unfortunately I think the location is also hard-coded into the application as it copies the N900-specific graphics over after startup, so changing it may not work properly. Also, as the media card is using FAT32, the directories are not case-sensitive, so you can install into Games or games and it should make no difference.

Oh, sorry - it's the stratagus-run file that contains the path. And it certainly shouldn't be case sensitive - I can do "cd /media/mmc1/GAMES" or "cd /media/mmc1/games", and both work without any problems.
