I use Brando's. Buy at year's end when they have their free international shipping promo. Brando + weak $ = good quality, good service, cheap :-)

I just found the cheapest protector that had a "PDA suitable" label and am very happy with it. They were some air bubbles when I first put in on but they vanished.

My friend didn't use one and dammaged his screen a bit.

Marc didn't send this message and got hit by a bus 3 days later... do I sound like that?

Well an update on my virtually free screen protector.
It's about 3 weeks old now and I'm going to have to cut another one. At this rate it's going to cost me over 10 cents a year!!

I'm surprised that the stylus does so much damage over time to the screen. Maybe the tip should be teflon...

I use Brando's too! They're the best! Same quality as much higher priced brands. Shipping is actually quite fast

My solution I found there for my 810 is:
Obtain a sheet of overlay transparency film such as is used for view-graphs. Cut a piece slightly oversize and slip it under the bezel.
Cost - almost nil
Time to obtain - minimal

The second day I was showing my 810 around at work one guy played with the screen and it looked like he had just oiled his car, and my 810 The next day the protector was on.
Sounds like a straight forward and cost effective solution. I wonder what would be a suitable transparency film for touch screens..

I've had my N800s (as in more than one ) for several weeks and all have their original "film" .. works well for now as I'm careful.. since I splurged on multiples.. gotta be cost effective with accessories..

I purchased the invisable shield for my nokia 800 and a friend's 770. I have not applied mine yet. I am currently still using the original film that came with the unit. I know the shield will produce bubbles but it takes a few days for the bubbles to go away. I installed invisable shield screens to a couple of canon sd1000 cameras. When the cameras are turned on they look great. I'm not sure if this is anything important but when the cameras are off I can tell the screens are on there because there is like a leathery pattern. These cameras are loose in a diaper bag my wife uses and my in-laws have the other one. So the screens are working well. I gave the 770 invisable shield screen to my friend for a present. He told me the screen they sent was the incorrect size. I also have ordering issues where they only shipped half of the items quickly and the rest a month later.

Any other comments on the invisibleSHIELD? Worth it or are there better options?

Outstanding protectors. Cheap, too.

I've used several others, (Outdoor construction with a handheld PC, and my 770 I use every day) and these last 5-10 times longer than any other I've used.

They have sizes for everything.

Great product. 15 for $10USD
