Nope, should be possible as user!
Do you have openssh, sudser, filebox or Faster Application Manager installed to gain root rights?

No! I just got this phone and installed one single application that appers to be currupted. What a luck! Now, could you tell me how can i restore everything to default?

That is very unfortunate! Did you just try to install rootsh?

Anyway: Here is the wiki article about flashing the N900 to default http://wiki.maemo.org/Updating_the_tablet_firmware
Choose your PC system, may be search the forum for issues with Windows 64-bit versions and choose your fiasco image from Nokia servers.

Just click on the link and it should say "Open in App Manager"
Hopefully it will use the /tmp or /var to download it.
After installing it, open terminal, type root then:
Code:
fsck.vfat -a /dev/mmcblk0p1
Then reboot the device.
