That is very unfortunate! Did you just try to install rootsh?
Anyway: Here is the wiki article about flashing the N900 to default http://wiki.maemo.org/Updating_the_tablet_firmware
Choose your PC system, may be search the forum for issues with Windows 64-bit versions and choose your fiasco image from Nokia servers.

MyDocs got corrupt then, do you have rootsh installed?
If not, can you download and install this? http://repository.maemo.org/extras/p..._1.5_armel.deb
Just click on the link and it should say "Open in App Manager"
Hopefully it will use the /tmp or /var to download it.
After installing it, open terminal, type root then:
Then reboot the device.Code:fsck.vfat -a /dev/mmcblk0p1
Do you have openssh, sudser, filebox or Faster Application Manager installed to gain root rights?
