This trick is pretty good as I read all ur comments.. as a newbie.. should I do this too on my n900?.. 1st I never done flashing... im not aware with that.. and is doing this safe or there are possibilities that it might brick my phone?.. thanks...

Well if you're a noob and are afraid to break ur device.. Don't do it. It's OVERclocking, going over what is theoritically safe for the N900. At least, wait for a month or 2, until the first N900's get fried to have the proof that this shouldn't be done!
If in 2 months it stills seem safe, I'll do it on mine for sure! But also be aware that this automatically voids the warranty if Nokia sees that you did that!
P.S. That's my opinion. It's a real good thing for people who did it and have now a faster running device!
