I rebooted it 10x , I have reflashed the device without problems, everything works well except telephony functions.
Did you reflash both parts (root and EMMC)? Doing EMMC will delete all your personal setting and data, so copy them to a microSD or another PC first.

Also, could there be moisture in the phone? try putting the phone in a sealed bag of uncooked rice overnight.

I flashed only root not EMMC, phone was not in contact with water or other sources of moisture. I have installed nitroid that is last what I can to check.

EDIT: I checked with Nitroid but I couldn't to disable airplane mod so I can't see if it works or not and today in service they said it's about hardvare - a crystal which readin sim card, about 30$ for repair.

Flashing root only is not a good idea, might even cause it. Backup and flash fully. Don't install alarmed, cssu or PK if you test for stability.

OK I have flashed eMMC and root and problem are still and also I was yesterday in service and asked about hardware, they said everything is OK with all hardware components so I really don't know what to do. Only thing what I thinking it is nokia developed an code that after some time (after 1 or 2 years) send command to an hardware component to stop to work and after that there are no solutions and fixes how to repair it because that hardware part are working but it is disabed forever by nokia because they need us to buy new devices in short period. That's only what I have on my mind..I tried everything..everything and not fixed this **** with sim reading and all telephony function are disabled.. that can do only nokia.. sorry on grammar errors because I writing from an stupid notebook..

My solution:

reflash it into a original firmware, then, like you said, you will still having the problem, so return to the nokia care point and complain your warranty,if they say no, try again and be angry if necessary. It worked for me when they said me that the usb port broken problem was because "I pull the charger so hard",I turn angry with them and finally they said me "Ok,we will send your phone to warranty departament, but it is almost sure that they will deny the warranty" Final result? A brand new N900.

hope my story helps you.

@ Dante son of Sparda

Did you remove the battery for more than a minute?
Did you try booting into R&D mode?

Booth things helped me before.

No I'm not. I'll try it with battery and how to boot to R&D mode?

EDIT: When I bought N900 it had PR1.2 already. Should I go back to this version and if it fails can I try to install MeeGo?
