WP7 doesn't but later version will most probably. ST-Ericsson has been saying they will have very strong presence on Nokia's WP phones and will start that party with U8500. Nokia isn't going to use WP7 anywas, but WP7.5.
About 5 hours after that Nokia said that their first WP phone would use Qualcomm.

btw, if it is true about the keyboardless N9, I am planning to dust off my coding/engineering abilities and work on a docking station(ala Astrix) if its not included already. Meego is open-source so i know its possible.

About WP7 supporting dual-core chips... I know nothing about this OS, but I bet msft can quickly come up with a patch to make it support a dual-core cpu just to be able to say it supports, even if it doesn't make a good use of it.

"Developer device not available at Amazon" This is not gonna happen. Selling first to developers in conferences, like the N900, that can happen. Discount programs, etc, that's OK. But Nokia will never have something like this, a special device that never makes it to Amazon and other stores. They are not ARM or Ericsson who need to sell reference development kits, etc. It's one thing to have an obscure product like the NITs have always been. But never something short of an unfinished product that is generally available.

True, And I guess they will get lot of help from good lolevel engineers inside Nokia. Thats one of the reason Microsoft pay alot to the Nokia to go WPx

after reading dsmobiles posts on mobile-review, he is saying things similar to zehjotkah and nvyus. http://nokiagadgets.com/?p=1158 also has a comment.

So for the conspiracy theorists...well...yes...

Please Nokia make your plans clear next week because this stream of rumors is a bit overwhelming at the moment.
If this continues for weeks, months my head is in danger of suddenly exploding for no apparent reason.
