Since all the Harmattan talks were throwned out from meegoconf I think that Nokia will keep a very low profile there, just a gut feeling. 
Edit: As I see it it doesn't matter if N950/N9 will be the most sold devices in the history of mobile phones, Elop will still kill MeeGo@Nokia.

dsmobile started this rumor back last year, since that time we have seen numerous renders, mockups, teasers. for diff fones even fones that have been 'cancelled' (X7/N9). rich green and even elop stated there would be only one. no matter how dilineate one with a keyboard and without is two devices ... sorry.
now we get something in the fcc and that is uncondtionally ignored for the musings of jester... i dont get it.
there primary role is providing support for Maemo users, not define NOKIA's future.
