As far as I know fapman doesn't delete logfile after closing but overwrites it when started. Therefore you should be able to open the logfile with any editor / viewer as long as you didn't start it again.
Path should be /root/.fapman/lastlog.txt
If you can't open file as user try it as root.

if you just want to see which packages were lately installed / upgraded try following: go to "uninstall" selection and make sure the packages are ordered by date. you'll see latest additions on top.
