Try flashing in R&D mode. If that won't help, flash with framebuffer kernel - you would know at which moment boot fail. Maybe` You got problems with BSI unrecognizing Your battery (cause some internal fail, not the battery itself).

Assuming you have flasher 3.5 installed:

In Linux: sudo flasher-3.5 --enable-rd-mode

In windows: flasher-3.5.exe --enable-rd-mode

it got worse

i've enabled the R&D mode , flash both eMMC and the roots, the right and left side of the keyboard are blinking meanwhile, the middle of the keyboard isn't .! and after a while, the device is OFF.
PS: the device turned on the moment i put the battery in.! even without pressing the "ON/OFF button" !!

one more thing before shooting myself , how to flash with framebuffer kernel ?!
thanks guys

It's OK that both sides of keyboard keep blinking while it processes information in R&D mode.

Did yo tried to turn the phone on in R&D mode (I mean, after the device started when you inserted the battery --BTW that's normal) ??

I can't upload the fb-kernel here.. if you want pm me and give your email so i can send it to you.

You could also try to google it, maybe you'll have luck. The file name is:
zImage-fb-omap1.bin

Be really careful with R&D mode.. A misstep could render your device to a permanent brick. It is also very possible that it wouldn't be covered by the guarantee. So try the least harmful things first and do this as a last resort.

However.. the blinking keyboard is normal. Did your screen show or was it still black? Did you try connecting it to the tv (turn off r&d before that)?
