As installing/changing/removing packages has system-wide impacts, you need to be the super-user to perform such actions.
This requires having package 'rootsh' installed.
Code:
sudo dpkg --configure -a

but I do have rootsh installed...
now it says

Is your rootfs free % really 0%?

bro..is there a way to get free space using my pc using the usb cable? When connected I only see some folders and some files...
root system files and folders are hidden I guess...

No. The rootfs (partition) is not mounted to the PC when connected via USB. You have to use xterm.
Execute the following to temporarily move the Flash support library to a place that is not using the root partiton; to free up space for apt to work between:
Now deinstall some packages that use up rootfs space. Hint: Themes and Icon packs are often responsible. If you are done, issue in xterm again:

A miracle happened to my phone .. lol
couple of mins ago I installed OVI and created a backup to flash my phone since I got tired trying and reading and typing all those terminal commands and stuff...
then to get the Imei I took the battery off and switched ON the phone and opened the Application Manager for the last time... Miraculously I was able to go to the Uninstall menu... lol and now while Im typing this I'm uninstalling some heavy a** themes (each are like 10.5mb's in size)
