Hi there,

I'm having a bit of trouble trying to copy some DivX video files to the phone from the PC.
I go into PC Ovi Suite mode on the N900 screen and the phone gets detected.
I cant see an option in Noia Oovi suite to copy video files over so i went into 'My Computer' then double clicked on the icon under my C: drive which said "N900 (PC Suite Mode)" then i went into there to find a load of folder called data, audio, video etc etc.
Copied a divx file over to get this error message:

Anyway it stopped the device being detected by windows then it got redected by windows and now when i go into "N900 (PC Suite Mode)" form my computer there are no folders in there what so ever.

Have i broken it? lol

Should i be using PC Mass Storage?
I did actually try that but when i did it came up with 2 Removable disks in 'My Computer' which could not be accessed. Am i not doing something properly here?

Thanks guys.

try using another usb port....
also when using Mass Storage your pc wont detect your device as removable disk...it will detect as...

Nokia N900 (your internal 32Gb memory)
*memory card name* (your MicroSD card)

if your pc detect as removable disk then reboot your pc & your N900...try reconnect using another usb port after reboot...

ofcourse, you can try sharing it over wifi, send via bluetooth *longshot*

and oh, if its video, copy it in video or data.. the main folder wont allow u to copy files there..

Personally I have found that if I switch my phone off and then connect it, the drives do appear in My Computer and it is treated just as a memory card.
