if you looked inside the deb or the .tar.gz

make sure when you lock your phone before sleep or anything like that
the keyboard must be closed
and the proximity sensor mused be opened !!!!!!!!

for me :
i have batterpatch (manual install)
speedpatch (deb)

and saticfied with the looong battery life and the super performance
because someone has a different experience than you it makes them crazy? i dont know what the battery patch contains nor do I know how to read it...or know really what it affects. i do know that when i put it on my phone i see a different performance than without it....maybe the problems I am seeing are related to the recent bit of code karam requested someone try. let me try it again without that....

Why don't you get your sister to buy one from an ebay seller in the UK? As seller's tend to be reliable or seach the web for a UK based seller, thereshould be plenty as it is the same battery as the Nokia 5800 uses?

Hey Karam. I just have a quick question. I have both the speedpatch and the batterypatch installed and while performance is great I did not notice any battery improvements. I have made sure that both patches are installed correctly by using the stuff posted in the 1st thread, however my battery is still draining like crazy (by that I mean even with low - moderate use battery does not last more than 1.5 - 2 days). I have power kernel 47 installed and had been using your custom profile and recently switched back to my original 1ghz oc with Smartreflex turned off. I have applied all your tweaks. Is there anything else I can do to improve my battery life or maybe my battery is just ****ed up?

Thanks for all you hard work btw.

I need help...

I stoped by step of enabling smart reflex to my profile... if I type in:

sudo gainroot

apt-get install leafpad
leafpad /usr/share/kernel-power-settings/myprofile

I get opend leafpad and can not see anything.. tehre is not any script...
And if I type in:

sudo gainroot

apt-get install leafpad
vim /usr/share/kernel-power-settings/myprofile

... I get opened vim and I can't see any script to change vdd1 and vdd2 to 1, too... :/

Could anyone help me ?!?
