what's the point of having a 3D wallpaper when the rest of the UI including the icons/widgets are in 2D? what is the point when you also will need to wear 3D glasses to get the actual 3D effect?

Or you can try to replay this kind of images with the live wallpaper app cause our N900 can play .gift images n_n; or even better if you can create them and make maybe a maemo 3D effect:
