Not just contract, but network infrastructure. In South Africa, 42Mbps towers are all over, but AFAIK the highest speedtest.net download rate on any of these was still under 7.2Mbps.

Then again the extra band is just as useless
Unless you are in the US, and want to buy a phone for use on T-Mobile, and would prefer to have 3G/HSDPA over GPRS.

In which case, HSDP+ support is much less important.

(Or, do I not know enough about the T-Mobile/AT&T merger, and T-Mobile's 3G/HSDPA network?).

Or if you are one of t-mobile's 100 million non-us customers and you are travelling the US.

I am not an antenna expert so I overlooked some of the finer details- the chart is to show at a quick glance what the obvious differences are. Will update the chart later but I dont think this makes or breaks any of the phones in the list.

All in all - i think the N9 holds its ground.

- can you set multiple alarms for the same day?
Yes.
- set the alarms recurrent only for workdays?
Yes.
- change snooze delay/duration?
Yes, 5/10/15/20/30 minutes.
- does the alarm ring for only one minute and allows only a maximum of 5 snoozes (like the E71)?
Don't know.

The answer still lies in that first link that you had not read.

Say "aaaaah", if you need me to spoon feed the answer.
Don't be shy.

I suspect the Prime's gunna make the N9 & iP4S look positively dull
