Anyone noticed yet that the screen wakes up slower now when unlocking the device from locked state? (This is caused by the change in code that fixes the bug of hardware buttons becoming unresponsive...)

Not over here, it's instant-on. I did fiddle with the settings in /etc/mce/mce.ini to have Locking better replicate the soft-poweroff functionality.

yes, that is correct as does AVRCP

EDIT: Statement I made above was premature.....there is AVRCP but there might not be AD2P.

Not a problem TexRat. What is mildly irritating is the usual-suspect posts more-or-less blaming users for being impatient when we are faced with problems downloading upgrades and then concomitant problems updating our apps from official repositories.

I can't even imagine how embarrassed and angry the Nokia Maemo team must be at the lack of resources provided by their corporate masters.

I have an N800.
I'm ready to mirror the OS for N810, if I get the file first.
(if anyone can pm their wlan id)

Sounds like it's time to sit down... relax and wait a couple of days. Some of the repositories are not designed to be hammered. Time to relax I guess. (but I want it now *grin*)

I've heard it. Oh wait-- no, everyone is totally happy without a care in the world (imagine whistling smiley icon here).

Did they take out autocomplete .com in the new browser ?

One would type in a name for a link then hit the green arrow or enter then it would always add in the http and .com linkages for you now it seems that no longer works, and I don't see anything in the tool tab to do that.

hmm odd, I just tried it on Joystiq and it worked but a few other names I tried earlier it wouldn't autocomplete..
