yes I can confirm the above but I am usig ulv profile, can confirm i am alo not using any magic patches, also have no ideea how this happens

one question. when i reboot my device there are no options in multiboot to select for boot. which files i missed ?

of course package with bootimg - the one which adds image and entry to multiboot
notice that there's hidden option 0 in multiboot which will boot nokia kernel in emergency mode

Does it appear after you make/receive a phone call?

That is known behaviour of the phone application. In practice, the 125MHz will not be used (although is it set as min.). It's a bit annoying, but I wouldn't worry about it too much.

most probablt not, i suspect busybox-power for that, still waiting estel to confirm. do you have busybox-power installed?

Yes, but I would say I started to experience this problem long ago with older versions of KP but no BBP on my system.
