LOL! Be helpful and tell me where is MyDocuments folder on this N9. All I see is Documents when USBed with mass storage.

Do you want to bet 1,000 dollars that after I waste my time posting these logs, I will still be unable to get my Mfe working? It will be the last 30 min I waste on another NOKIA failure.

Now that you're willing to play, I'm willing to help. When you connect you phone via usb to mass storage, the folder you will be in is MyDocs, the Documents folder is in the MyDocs...

I'm not betting you a penny for any reason, I help people because I want to, if you want to complain do it for someone else. I don't have the patience nor the time to help those that don't want to be helped.

It just keeps saying "Internal server error". The only difference which exists between two servers is that the second have self-signed certificate. Could that be a problem and what could be done in that case?
Thanks in advance!

Update: It seems this is is the same problem with certificate already described many times in this thread. Are there any news about solution?
checked logs a bit. yeah, looks like a client certificate issue... At least for now no good news about this issue

I never used exchange from past one week and always wondered why all of you talk about idle consumption, until I set up an exchange account 3days back. It heavily drained battery and pushed up consumption.
All I did was to delete constant sync (which is more or less makes the concept of sync useless) and took off mail from the sync options. I used another account to setup mail.
I rebooted and have now spent 24hrs with idle consumption coming down to mere 6 even though I continue to use all my social networking , reading blogs and mails. Something seriously is at fault. Thats it from me.

I noticed the same issue on my N9, but it happens a quite randomly, so didn't found the root cause of it (actually looks like it is something in messageserver). Plus, we have/had couple of bugs about it, so in PR1.2 it should be much better At least from my point of view

Would it be possible to show the exact text of the error message to the user and not just a generic "could not connect to server" message? Or is there a setting somewhere which can enable this function?
sent a link on your post to our designers.

If you read the idle consumption thread, it's mentioned that this is already reported.

It's to do with the messageserver daemon IIRC....

Anyone else notice if you put M4E to push or to sync every 30 mins the battery drains like crazy? My phone is on a 4hr sync which nearing onto 2012 is just insane.

Thoughts on a how to fix this?

There's an option to just check constantly, forget how it's described in the settings.*
But I saw users with the same issue....
And they switched from intervals like yours to that, & it actually got much better.
It seems counter-intuitive that it would, but it did for them.

Of course if you want to use the interval, I'd suggest a full reset/re-flash & see if it goes.
I have seen countless folk with weird issues, only to have them disappear after doing so.
Also IIRC, the issue you're describing sounds very similar to at least one logged in the bug-tracker, try searching it.

*don't have my N9 yet...

I have 20 min interval, for 7/7 days, from 08:00 to 00:00, and off peak to off.

The battery last more than a day easily and I get 50 mails on average (on the inbox + 6 other favorite folders) per day.

There is definitely an issue in your setup. If you dont want to reflash, maybe it's a good idea to add some logging to find what happens.

I am having difficulty producing logs, as I dont know where to paste those scripts that I create. I need a very step by step instructions with pics to accomplish this and is the final command all contiguous or not.

I spoke to my IT person and he says the following. The company uses active sync Exchange 2010, and it DOES NOT ALLOW SIMPLE PASSWORDS. He thinks that this may be the issue. Apparently Androids have had that issue and a program called "touchdown" allows android users to access the corporate email. He told me that this should be enough information for you to figure it out. Let me know if you need more.

Huh actually had the battery draining like crazy when I had mfe always up to date. I changed it to sync every 30 mins leaving my two gmail accounts as up to date. The battery life is so much better now. Can't say what's messed up on your settings, but you may want to delete and readd the mfe account.
