Well, with dss and core constantly on it is of no surprise that your battery is drained very fast. Anyway, my proposal to uninstall kps was because there were some users having the same problem and removing kps have helped them. Seems like your problem is different.
Do you have some tweak/optimization/whatever scripts installed (besides batterypatch)? As AFAIK having kps not installed should not lead to messages you see.

Just my 2 cents, but can you tell us the output of kernel-config show in xterm?
current kernel configuration: current frequency: 805 supported frequencies: 125 250 500 550 600 720 805 850 900 950 1000 1100 1150 min. frequency: 250 max. frequency: 805 avoid frequencies: 125 active frequencies: 250:24,180 500:36,360 550:39,400 600:41,430 720:46,520 805:50,520 850:60,520 900:60,520 950:60,520 1000:60,520 1100:72,520 1150:72,520 SmartReflex VDD1=1, VDD2=1 governor ondemand: ignore nice load= 0, up threshold= 95, sampling rate= 300000, powersave bias= 0

I also have this problem.
Installed kp50 from extras-devel.
When I issue a kernel-config load dsp it will load /usr/share/kernel-config/dsp. (I didnt alter it or anything).
Which has 805:60:600 in its list of frequencies.
But after loading it, kernel-config show will list 805:50:600 in its active frequencies.
How come?
EDIT:
Nevermind its due to the smartreflex thing.
Turned them both off and now its all good
